There may be cases in which you want to exchange or return your purchase due to a concern about size, product expectation, color, etc. Gear must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.

All items being returned for refund or exchange must be unused and in new condition.

Please submit a Return Request through the Contact page on our website.  We will then review and reach out to you directly with a return authorization.

What does the Big Sissy Gear Sissy Stix warranty cover?
Answer:
The warranty on all SISSY STIX trekking poles covers the entire pole for up to 3 years and/or replacement of any broken parts or components (up to 3 times), which ever occurs first.

Question:
What is not covered under the SISSY STIX Warranty?
Answer:
  • It does not cover normal wear
  • It does not cover deliberate damage or cosmetic damage not affecting product performance
  • It does not cover lost straps, lost sections, or any other lost parts
  • It does not cover neglect of poles, (i.e. deterioration due to weathering, chewed straps, grips, tips, etc. by any animal)
  • It does not cover pole accessories (baskets, rubber feet, etc.)

What if my model of SISSY STIX is no longer available?
Answer:
Big Sissy Gear will offer a discount code to customer to purchase the newest model available.

BIG SISSY GEAR reserves the right to determine whether or not a warranty request will be honored.  Customers may be required to return broken pole or parts for inspection prior to a warranty authorization being granted.
